I love this dress! I am 5'7" weigh 235 lbs wear a size 22 & have a 'beer belly'. I usually wear a 2x but ordered a 3x. I washed in tepid water with a cold water rinse that had a cup of vinegar in it. There was some color bleeding, nothing excessive and I hung the dress out to dry. It was a bit big under the armpits & across the chest area, but after wash & dry it modestly shrunk to fit very well. No ironing needed. The hem falls mid to lower calf & drapes beautifully. These are QUALITY garments, well made, nice flowing cotton, not see through & should last many years. I bought this also in the tank top style dress but put in the dryer on perma press for 50 minutes & shrinkage was the same - modest. I also bought this manufacturers short sleeve top, treated the size & wash the same as these dresses and am also happy with that. I love that you can buy these in different sizes & not just One Size Fits All which to me does not fit all! I highly recommend Agan Traders clothing. A note to the manufacturer: The plastic strap adjusters should be replaced with nice brass ones to fully compliment the quality of your garment, although the plastic ones work, I most likely will change them out myself.
